Bringing the Salon outdoors

Wow! What an incredible four weeks we have had since reopening, it’s been such a whirlwind, we haven’t stopped since 3rd July.

Covid update

First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your understanding and support over this period. Due to the social distancing regulations and to help ensure against a complete shutdown of the salon, I have had to make the decision to keep two teams running, isolated from each other. This means we will continue the current opening hours of Monday – Friday: 7.00am – 9.00pm, Saturday: 8.00am – 4.00pm and Sunday: 8.00am – 3.00pm.

The Salon in the Garden

If you are worried about being inside the salon during your appointment, we are now offering a stylist’s chair in our tranquil and beautiful garden. This service will be available up until mid September and includes wet cutting only. Get in touch soon to make your booking, as I’m sure this will be a popular addition and space will be limited.

Hair trends

It’s been great to see you all, back in the chair at the salon. Judging by the feedback we have received, you have welcomed the extended time spent at home during lockdown. From our point of view, since being back it’s been great working with longer hair lengths, giving softness and shape. Using the hairs natural wave within styles has also been a big hit. It seems that working hard to achieve a style has gone, due to the fact that you have been allowing your hair to dry naturally. This allows us to create new shapes and texture and in some cases, completely transform your look!

New Staff

This brings us on nicely to welcoming Craig, our new extremely creative senior stylist to the team. He has five years salon experience and is available Tuesday, Thursday and alternate Saturdays and Sundays. We also have our three official graduate stylists Amy, Marissa and Emma included in the team who completed their level 3 qualification in March. They have been creating some fantastic looks over the last four weeks.
