meet the team Katie (Director/Owner)Katie created The Chair in 2003 where her philosophy was to create a luxurious environment in which clients feel relaxed and pampered. Her team of experienced hair stylists give a personalised consultation to create you an individual look together with after care advice. Katie believes she has built the perfect salon visit.  Charlie (Art Team)I have nearly 17 years experience and have been hairdressing at The Chair since Nov '06. Although I specialise in all aspects of hairdressing, I particularly enjoy cutting and colouring. I am also qualified as an assessor in hairdressing levels 1, 2, and 3. It's great working with a talented team.  Su (Art team)I'm a full time Art team member at The Chair and have been part of the team since Autumn '06. I have great hairdressing experience ranging from studying hair and beauty at college to working in a Canterbury salon for over 5 years. I have a flare for special occasion hair and make-up which allows me to show my creative streak.  Emily (Senior Stylist)I was the first employee to The Chair 4 years ago, over this time I have gone from being a trainee to a fully qualified Senior stylist. I am also part of The Chairs wedding team as a hair and makeup specialist. Using my makeup skills I helped us to get through to the L'Oréal colour regional finals.    |
